David Williams is the Partner heading up the Arkansas office. Over the years, David has represented hundreds of injured victims and recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his clients. He is licensed in Arkansas and admitted to practice in the U.S.District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the U.S.Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Third Circuits. His tireless efforts on behalf of his clients have also earned him extensive recognition from his peers. David has been named an Arkansas Trial Lawyer of the Year by the ArkansasTrial Lawyers Association, one of “The Best Lawyers in Arkansas” annually since 1998 by an Arkansas Times Readers Poll, a Mid-South Super Lawyer in 2008 and more. In addition, he is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating given by that prestigious directory. In 2010 he received the Henry Woods Lifetime Achievement Award.

David’s practice is focused on complicated cases in the areas of personal injury, product liability, civil rights and commercial litigation. His areas of expertise include accidents, medical malpractice,defective products, and spine and brain injuries.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas’ Leflar Law Center. David is active in a number of legal and civic organizations in Little Rock.
