Jim Mitchell settles a Liquor Liability case
Jim Mitchell obtained a large confidential settlement against a local bar for over-serving a customer. The customer was “stumbling drunk” according to witnesses when he left the bar and drove away. He then tried to flee from the police, entering an intersection on a red light and T-boned the decedent’s vehicle, killing the driver on impact. Mr. Mitchell represented the mother and grown sons of the decedent.
