Jim Mitchell successfully settled a case against a highway contractor resulting from the negligent operation of highway construction equipment which resulted in catastrophic brain injuries to the firm’s client. Jim represented a woman who was struck by a bulldozer crossing a highway during a construction project. Jim was able to obtain a large confidential settlement against the highway construction company.
